Katherine Acosta previously worked for 23 years as a director at Farallon Capital Management, a global multi-strategy hedge fund based in San Francisco.  There, she helped create and scale their human resources and recruiting program – building an extensive network of talent and investment-specific hiring processes.

Katherine’s passion is in building exceptional teams. She has served as professional mentor and guest panelist within the alternative asset management industry, worked extensively with senior leadership to build innovative talent programs, and loves helping people navigate their career journeys. 

Katherine lives on the San Francisco Bay Area peninsula with her husband and expanding family of people and four-legged housemates.
