Lynn Hollis launches Evolve Talent Partners 20 years after founding Insight Recruiting, a Bay Area search firm. She brings her vast experience and network within the financial services community – as well as her passion for building strong internal and external partnerships – to Evolve. 

The motivation behind Evolve stemmed from an interest in forming a talented team capable of providing best-in-class service to exceptional firms. Evolve’s culture is rooted in collaboration, integrity and a shared passion for finding “the match.” 

Lynn earned a B.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University.  
 
She lives in Marin County CA, with her family and two dogs.
